I didn't set out to photograph bridges. I set out to photograph what moves me — and these bridges kept stopping me in my tracks.

A turquoise suspension bridge in Cincinnati, built directly in front of the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center. A graceful arch over the Cumberland River in Nashville, reflecting in the water at sunrise. The bright yellow cables of the Andy Warhol Bridge in Pittsburgh, framing a city that wears its history proudly. And the Edmund Pettus Bridge in Selma, Alabama — where the light came through the steel arch like something that couldn't be stopped.

Four bridges. Four American cities. Four stories about crossing, connection, and what lies on the other side.

These are not decorative prints. They are witnesses.
